Consultation - $175

A consultation (in-person or virtually) to assess your situation and build immediate next steps.

  • Overview of medical and support needs

  • Identify care gaps and priorities

  • Personalized action steps and recommendations

 

Exam

Care Planning Package - Starting at $695

Personalized support for new diagnoses or major care transitions.

  • Initial consultation credited towards Care Planning Package

  • RN-reviewed personalized care plan

  • Tailored resource guide

  • Appointment Preparation (custom question list, discussion points, and a short “what to bring/track” checklist)

  • Includes 3 hours of follow-up support within 30 days

 

Reviewing CV

Ongoing Monthly Support - Starting at $450/month

Trusted support month after month. For those who already have a care plan (built by Aging Ally or on your own) and want continued, personalized support to keep things moving forward.

  • Monthly check-in + as-needed touch points

  • Coordination and follow through (appointments, referrals, records, & reminders)

  • Appointment Preparation (custom question list, discussion points, and a short “what to bring/track” checklist)

  • Plan updates over time (adjust priorities as needs change)

  • Includes up to 4 hours per month (additional time available at $100/additional hour within the same 30-day period. Unused time does not roll over)

 

Form and stethoscope

Insurance Review & Assistance – Starting at $150/session (60 min)

Expert help to untangle healthcare coverage.

  • Review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and insurance statements

  • Spot errors or explore appeal options

  • Assist with claims, insurance paperwork, or reimbursements

  • Liaise with insurance companies to resolve billing issues

    • Sessions are timed. Extra time beyond the scheduled session is billed at $125/hour in 15-minute increments.*

 

Schedule

Hourly Advocacy & Navigation – $125/hour

As-needed RN guidance to help you navigate healthcare with confidence.

  • Review medical reports or test results and translate into plain language

  • Coordinate appointments and providers

  • Research care facilities, equipment, or resources

  • Join family meetings or care planning calls

 

Payment Notes

- All services require a signed agreement
- Invoices sent monthly or per session
- Payment due at time of booking; additional hours past package standard due at the end of the month
- Services are private pay (not billed to insurance)

- Financial assistance available for those who qualify
