Erin Neal is a Business Development Manager with TheKey, a leading home care agency specializing in high-acuity, complex in-home care, with a particular focus on supporting individuals with neuromuscular diseases. Based in Lincoln, Nebraska, Erin has spent the past 10 years serving hundreds of families, helping them navigate the aging process with compassion, education, and personalized support.
Erin holds a Bachelor of Social Work with a certificate in Gerontology from the University of Central Missouri, which has shaped her holistic and person-centered approach to care. She is a passionate advocate for older adults and individuals living with cognitive decline, and has held multiple volunteer, committee, and board roles with the Alzheimer's Association and the Parkinson's Foundation Heartland Chapter.
Originally from St. Charles, Missouri, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband and twins, traveling, and attending country concerts. She is deeply committed to advocacy, volunteerism, and building meaningful connections that enhance the lives of those she serves.
